Kiwi life   -Fletcher Caton  

A kiwi can lay up to 100 eggs but predators like to kill and eat eggs. Kiwi guardians protect our kiwi because kiwi are being killed by predators. like cat and dog and bacteria.

Diet kiwi like to eat insects crickets snails worms and spider also fruit.  They catch their prey with their beak.  They sniff out their food with their nose because their  nostril is on the end of their beak.

Kiwi poo is black and white. Mate 4 life the female is bigger than the male.

Habitat - Kiwi live in New Zealand in a hole called a burrow.  They make their burrows by digging with their beak.

Cross country  

I got out of bed and got to school just on time but sadly I forgot to bring my house t-shirt.  Everyone was  outside for cross country.   We walked all the way to Frimley Park  I was exhausted walking all the way from school  to Frimley Park.   Everyone from school sat down in their house. While we were talking the races were beginning.   The year 4 girls were ready for the race. Mr White went bang. The year 4 girls went off  rushing all around the field to finish line.   When the girls races were finished it was the boys turn to run.  3.2.1. bang the year 4 boys went off in a tick.   Everyone was cheering for their house.   All the boys made it. Lachie came 2nd.   The year 5 girls and boys had their amazing races.   When all the races were finished everyone eating, talking and going into  different houses and playing.
